JOYWAY PRIVATE LIMITED seeks a BIM Modeller to develop, update, and manage BIM models, drawings, and documentation for complex projects in Singapore. You will coordinate across architectural, structural and M&E teams, conduct clash checks, and ensure design information accuracy.

The role requires proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD, strong attention to detail and ability to work within tight schedules, with site coordination as needed.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent in design/engineering/architecture related field.
• 2+ years of BIM modelling, drafting or technical design experience.
• Proficient in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD.
• Experience preparing construction drawings, shop drawings and BIM documentation.
• Familiar with BIM coordination and model management; strong attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Develop, update and maintain BIM models, drawings and as-built drawings per project requirements.
• Prepare 2D drawings, 3D models, schedules and technical documents for execution and submission.
• Coordinate BIM across disciplines (architectural, structural, M&E) for consistency.
• Conduct clash detection, reviews and constructability assessments.
• Attend coordination meetings and support BIM execution planning and standards.
