BIM Modeler/Coordinator (Hybrid Work)

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Create precise and well-organized Architectural Revit (BIM) models.
2. Generate detailed plan, elevation, section, and detail drawings from the models, including sufficient detail and proper annotation for tender and construction purposes.
3. Establish and uphold BIM standards and procedures for sheet layout, layering, modeling processes, and drawing formats.
4. Efficiently manage and coordinate activities across multiple projects simultaneously.
5. Demonstrate the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team to meet deadlines.
6. Oversee the coordination process, data exchange, and collaboration of BIM with project stakeholders.
7. Have experience in drawing coordination and BIM management within the Singapore Construction Industry.

Requirements

1. Possess a Degree in Architecture/Engineering/Construction, Specialist Diploma in BIM, or an equivalent qualification.
2. Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in projects involving C&S, Reinforcement/Architectural/Electrical & Mechanical BIM Models.
3. Preferably, candidates with experience in HDB BTO projects will be given priority.
4. Demonstrate the ability to read and comprehend architectural and structural construction documents.
5. Capable of completing models and shop drawings in a timely and high-quality manner.
6. Must be a graduate of a recognized technical school or program.
7. Proficient in Autodesk Revit Architecture/Structure/MEP, Navisworks Clash Detection, 4D Simulation, and Quantity take-off.
8. Possess excellent time management skills.
9. Knowledge in Bently Open Building Designer and Dynamo will be an added advantage.
