BIM Modeler / 3D Drafter

• Working days: Monday - Friday
• Working hours: 9.00am - 6.00pm

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for preparing architectural detailed shop drawings and working drawings (Architectural / Structural), ensuring design and details align with project construction requirements.
• Extract information from 3D Revit models to develop shop drawings and resolve discrepancies with the Engineering Department and Project Team.
• Create detailed drawings and specifications based on Client/Consultant requirements and requests.
• Develop As-built drawings for submission and handover upon project completion to the client/consultants.
• Assist with Tender Bids and Drawings by developing overall floor plans and sectional drawings.
• Attend Technical/BIM Meeting as required.
• Ensure all required drawings are completed on time.
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction / Engineering / Quantity Surveyor or related field
• At least 1 year experience as a drafter / modeler
• Proven experience in Revit / Naviswork / Autodesk software
