Well Established ACMV Company (MNC)

Working Hours: Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm

Salary: $5000 - $7000 (Depend on Experience) +Bonus

Location: Commonwealth

At least 5years Experience in ACMV

Must possess a Specialist Diploma in Building Information Modelling (BIM) from BCA Academy or an equivalent recognized institution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the BIM implementation and coordination for LTA infrastructure projects, with a focus on ACMV systems.
• Develop and maintain BIM Execution Plans (BEP) in accordance with LTA, BCA, and project-specific requirements.
• Coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams (civil, structural, electrical, mechanical, etc.) to ensure accurate and clash-free BIM models.
• Oversee model integrity, data quality, and compliance with LTA BIM standards and codes of practice.
• Review and approve subcontractors' BIM submissions for ACMV works.
• Conduct regular BIM coordination meetings, clash detection, and issue tracking using software such as Navisworks Manage, Revit, and BIM Collaboration platforms (e.g., BIM 360, ACC).
• Provide technical support and training to BIM modelers and project engineers.
• Interface with design consultants, M&E contractors, and LTA authorities to resolve BIM-related issues.
• Ensure the generation and delivery of as-built BIM models and structured data for asset and facility management.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or related field.
• Possess a Specialist Diploma in BIM awarded by BCA Academy (mandatory).
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in BIM management, with at least 2 years on LTA infrastructure projects.
• Proven experience in managing ACMV systems within BIM environments.
• Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM Collaboration Tools (e.g., BIM 360, ACC).
• Familiar with LTA BIM standards, Code of Practice for BIM e-Submission (BCA), and ISO 19650.
