Job description

Landscape Designer and Site Manager

Requirements:

• Diploma or university degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field, with theoretical knowledge and practical experience in building materials, construction, interior design, and decoration.
• Experience in project management, leading local and overseas projects, including planning, coordination, implementation, execution, control, and inspection. Must have overseas project experience.
• Excellent communication and management skills to liaise with clients, subcontractors, architects, consultants, and authorities.
• Ability to create and explain design concepts for exterior and interior furnishings.
• Proficiency in producing detailed illustrations of door and window options, cutting lists for aluminum and glass partitions, casement door and window accessories, etc.
• Capability to produce 2D plans, layouts, elevations, and sections using AutoCAD / Illustrator.

Responsibilities:

• Effective team management, setting guidelines, and supervising team members.
• Guiding engineers on construction works to ensure schedules, quality standards, site management, and timely resolution of technical issues.
• Building Singapore ABS as a prestigious brand in Singapore and overseas markets such as Malaysia, Vietnam, Indonesia, Thailand, Burma, Hong Kong, Macau, and China.
• Creating perspective views, plans, elevations, and representing interior design information.
• High proficiency in AutoCAD is preferred.
• Demonstrating a hardworking attitude and a willingness to learn.
• Strong problem-solving, communication skills, and critical thinking.
• Managing site inspections, measurements, and supervision of ongoing projects.
• Providing conceptual design, development, visualization, rendering, and documentation services.
