Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience, highly proficient in the use of BIM software, and in establishing processes, procedures, and frameworks for BIM in projects.
- Familiar with various aspects of engineering such as Civil, Structural, Architecture, Mechanical, and Electrical.
- Possess a Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent.
- Highly motivated, able to work independently, a strong team player, and capable of handling fast-paced projects.
- Possess good interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills for collaboration with stakeholders at all levels, along with good presentation skills.
- Must have been employed continuously under any Consultant/Contractor for at least 5 years and have successfully implemented a BIM Company Deployment Plan and Project BIM Execution Plan for at least 2 projects.
- Completed a certification course in BIM Management.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure that CAG Employers Information Requirements (EIR), LTA Exchange Information Requirements (LTA EIR), and Project BIM Execution Plan (BEP) are implemented on site.
- Verify that contractors and sub-contractors' BIM teams operate within the EIR documents and the BEP.
- Coordinate all infrastructure and facilities in the BIM Model before the start of actual works on site.
- Ensure all Shop Drawings/Construction drawings are coordinated and updated in BIM Models before work begins on site.
- Review BIM models and relevant deliverables submitted by contractors with the project team.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and the project team to identify and resolve technical issues submitted by contractors.
- Report and present progress and status regarding BIM implementation and submissions by the contractor.
- Conduct regular meetings with CAG's BIM team, FUI Owner's BIM teams, and other stakeholders to share knowledge, experiences, and mitigate risks.
- Highlight progress and risks in the BIM process to the Employer and stakeholders.
- Facilitate and chair BIM workshops and meetings.
- Ensure compliance with CAG's and FUI Owner's Information Management Protocol.
- Report monthly progress and status of model updates to the CAG BIM team.
- Ensure infrastructure and facilities are provided with asset data supporting FM & O&M digital handover.
- Ensure all infrastructure and facilities are provided with accurate as-built models.
- Perform any other duties deemed necessary by the client.
