Job summary

A leading construction company based in Singapore is seeking a highly experienced BIM Manager to oversee the implementation and coordination of BIM projects. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Architecture, at least 10 years of relevant experience, and strong management skills. This role includes developing BIM Execution Plans, managing multi-disciplinary teams, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years industry experience in BIM.
• At least 5 years in a management role.
• Familiar with Asia Market.

Job description

• Salary Range: $6000 - $8500

• Well-Established Construction Company

• Working Location: Central

• Working Days & Hours: 5 days work week

Your Role, Your Influence:

• Lead and manage the BIM implementation and coordination

• Develop and maintain BIM Execution Plans (BEP)

• Coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams (civil, structural, electrical, mechanical, etc.) to ensure accurate and clash-free BIM models.

• Oversee model integrity, data quality, and compliance with LTA BIM standards and codes of practice.

• Review and approve subcontractors' BIM submissions

• Conduct regular BIM coordination meetings, clash detection, and issue tracking using software such as Navisworks Manage, Revit, and BIM Collaboration platforms (e.g., BIM 360, ACC).

• Provide technical support and training to BIM modelers and project engineers.

• Interface with design consultants, M&E contractors, and LTA authorities to resolve BIM-related issues.

• Ensure the generation and delivery of as-built BIM models and structured data for asset and facility management.

The Ingredients for Success:

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture and with min 10 years of relevant industry experience
