Job summary

Achieve Group, on behalf of an established main contractor, seeks a BIM Lead to operate in Singapore's East region. You will lead BIM processes, coordinate across Architectural, MEP, Structural teams and oversee virtual design activities to integrate systems.

You will review models, resolve coordination issues and mentor BIM teams while ensuring deliverables meet project standards. A degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering is required with hands-on BIM software experience and strong

Qualifications

Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering or related discipline.
Proven experience in BIM management, coordination and virtual design.
Strong knowledge of Architectural and MEP systems.
Hands-on experience with BIM software and coordination tools.
Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and complex projects.
Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
Experience in large-scale construction or infrastructure projects will be advantageous.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage BIM processes, standards and coordination across projects.
Oversee multidisciplinary BIM coordination between Architectural, MEP, Structural and other project teams.
Manage virtual design activities and ensure effective integration of architectural and MEP systems.
Review models, identify coordination issues and drive effective design solutions.
Work closely with consultants, contractors and internal teams to resolve BIM and design coordination issues.
Ensure BIM deliverables meet project requirements and standards.
Lead and support BIM team members while promoting effective BIM practices across the project.
