• Minimum 7 years hands-on BIM modelling experience in engineering/construction.
• Diploma or Degree in Building Drafting/Mechanical Eng or equivalent.
• Proficient in 2D/3D AutoCAD and BIM drawings.
• Good English communication skills and ability to coordinate with teams.
• Knowledge of drafting codes and site measurement.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage the drafting team to meet schedule.
• Maintain SOPs & templates; recommend process improvements.
• Manage all drafting works, documentation and submissions.
• Coordinate with authorities, engineers, architects, vendors, and contractors.
• Produce technical drawings from site survey data and specifications.
• Conduct site measurements and checks for accuracy.
• Mentor team; develop employee skills.
• Ensure compliance with design specs and regulatory guidelines.
