Job description

* Ensure that the model aligns with the standards and goals set in BIM BEP/LAE BIM, GUID, and BIM project criteria.

* Collaborate and coordinate internally and externally with other disciplines regarding design changes and model updates.

* Develop accurate construction drawings and extract data based on the discipline BIM platform.

* Coordinate design documentation as a methodology with full utilization of BIM software and tools.

* Able to use Navisworks to present VDC.

* Attend coordination meetings with project consultants and coordinate with project members of other disciplines.

* Responsible for maintaining and updating the BIM model until as-built stage.

* Carry out proper procedures and preparations for drafting during different stages of issue and authority submission.

* Produce shop drawings and as-built drawings, including BIM models if required.

* Control documentation of submissions (technical data, shop drawings, as-built drawings).

* Maintain records of changes and updates on drawings.

* Develop shop drawings according to schedule.

* Produce, draw, amend, and update drawings using BIM according to specifications, and coordinate with project departments.

* Able to independently create BIM models using Revit with a high level of accuracy.

* Able to independently carry out clash analysis of all services and resolve clashes.

* Responsible for BIM project setup and maintenance of the BIM model.

* Able to independently create necessary 3D BIM Revit libraries and families.

* Responsible for generating COBie data using Autodesk Revit.

* Prepare CAD drawings such as detailed plans, elevations, details, sections, isometric drawings, 3D drawings, and schematic diagrams.

* Sketch and design the layout of MEP services and routing, considering space for maintenance and operation.

* Attend coordination meetings as necessary.

* Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by management from time to time.
