BIM Drafter (REVIT & AutoCAD/Residential Projects/Up to $5K)

Benefits:

Responsibilities:

1. Create and update BIM models based on Contract drawings and latest information provided
2. Coordinate with BIM coordinator of other disciplines
3. Monitor and ensure that BIM Models are clear of clashes
4. Responsible for maintaining and updating the BIM model until as-built

Requirements:

1. Proficient in Revit & AutoCAD
2. BCA Specialist Diploma in BIM, Higher Nitec in Architecture/M&E/Structure, or equivalent qualifications
3. At least 2 years of relevant experience preferred.
