Job summary

LTA Land Transport Authority seeks a senior Engineer to lead Building Information Modelling (BIM) and Digital Engineering across infrastructure projects in Singapore. You will establish governance, templates and standards, and drive BIM adoption among internal teams and external partners.

You will collaborate with project teams, consultants and contractors to improve design quality, productivity and project outcomes through robust BIM workflows and data management across the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Infrastructure engineering or related field.
• Experience in BIM implementation, coordination or digital delivery on infrastructure projects.
• Familiar with BIM governance, information management and project information requirements.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and ability to influence project teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive BIM standards, workflows, templates and governance across infrastructure projects.
• Support BIM execution planning, model coordination and digital delivery.
• Review BIM deliverables for compliance with requirements and standards.
• Promote information management practices and CDE principles.
• Facilitate collaboration among project teams, consultants and contractors during design and construction stages.
