Bim Designer

Requirements:

• Diploma or university degree or above, majoring in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related fields. Possesses theoretical knowledge and practical experience in building materials, construction, interior design, and decoration.
• Experience in project management, leading local and overseas projects, including planning, coordination, implementation, execution, control, and inspection. Must submit review analysis reports after project completion. Overseas experience is essential.
• Excellent communication and management skills for liaising with clients, subcontractors, architects, consultants, and authorities.
• Ability to create and explain design concepts for exterior and interior furnishings.

· Design detailed illustrations of door and window options (two or four sides) and cutting lists; aluminum and glass partition cutting lists, casement door and window accessories, etc.

• Proficiency in producing 2D plans, layouts, elevations, and sections using AutoCAD and Illustrator.

Responsibilities:

· Lead and manage the team effectively, setting guidelines and providing supervision and expertise.

· Guide engineers on construction works, ensure schedules are met, maintain quality standards, oversee site management, and resolve technical issues promptly.

· Promote Singapore ABS as a prestigious brand both locally and internationally, including markets such as Malaysia, Vietnam, Indonesia, Thailand, Burma, Hong Kong, Macau, and China.

· Create perspective views, plans, elevations, and represent interior design information accurately.

· Demonstrate high proficiency in AutoCAD.

· Be hardworking, eager to learn, and possess a positive attitude.

· Exhibit problem-solving, communication, critical thinking, time management, and teamwork skills.

· Conduct site inspections, measurements, and supervision of ongoing projects.

· Provide conceptual design, development, visualization, rendering, and documentation services.
