Job summary

SKYSTAR ENGINEERING AND CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. seeks a detail-oriented BIM/DE engineer to create and maintain 3D BIM models and 2D shop drawings across architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines.

You will review design clashes using Navisworks and collaborate with architects, project managers, and engineers to meet schedules and standards, ensuring compliance with codes and submissions. You will also update as-built records after project completion.

Qualifications

• Education: Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Building Services, or related field.
• Software: Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD and Navisworks.
• Experience: Usually 2 to 5+ years in construction or engineering.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain detailed 3D BIM models and 2D shop drawings for architectural, structural, or MEP services.
• Review and fix design conflicts between different building trades using Navisworks.
• Work with architects, project managers, and engineers to meet project schedules and standards.
• Ensure all models and documentation follow local authority codes and submission guidelines.
• Update final digital assets and compile as-built records upon project completion.
