Job description

Responsibilities:

• Work with project team to produce shopdrawings, coordination drawings and as-built drawings on Structural, Architectural and MEP aspects
• Support project coordination, sequencing and as-built modeling
• Manage the creation, integration and maintenance of BIM models
• Conduct clash detection and resolve conflict in collaboration with project teams
• Audit BIM model and data to ensure integrity and consistency
• Prepare and submit BIM progress reports to PM and stakeholders
• Any other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma in Construction / Engineering / Architecture related fields
• At least 5 years of BIM experience in local construction industry (preferably in HDB/LTA projects)
• Competency in BIM software / tools
• Strong time management skills with attention to details and ability to manage particular tasks put in his charge
• Good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
