Job summary

An established industry player is seeking a skilled BIM Coordinator to lead the Building Information Modeling processes for Mechanical and Electrical projects. In this dynamic role, you will work closely with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate modeling and coordination of M&E systems. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining BIM models and libraries, while also providing training and support to project teams on BIM software and processes. Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in BIM coordination, especially in M&E projects.
• Strong proficiency in BIM software and standards.

Job description

• Coordinate and manage Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes for Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) projects.
• Work closely with project teams to develop and implement BIM execution plans.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate modeling and coordination of M&E systems.
• Create and maintain BIM models and libraries.
• Ensure to maintain BIM standards and workflows.
• Provide training and support to project teams on BIM software and processes.
• Assist in the development and improvement of BIM workflows and standards.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• 3 years of experience in BIM coordination, preferably in M&E projects.
• Proficient in BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
