BIM Coordinator (M&E/Sub-contractor) LXY

Our client, a well-known M&E Sub-contractor in the construction industry, is looking for talent as a BIM Coordinator.

Responsibilities:

1. Design & drafting of MEP layout, section details, space management planning and plant room details.
2. Able to carry out detailing & co-ordination drawing.
3. Responsible for preparation of shop drawings, and As-Built drawings using Revit and CAD software.
4. Obtain relevant information from architectural drawings, structural, other discipline drawings.
5. To assist Project Manager/ Engineers on coordination, planning and visiting job sites/meetings when necessary.

Requirements:

1. Diploma in Engineering / Mechanical / Electrical Design or its equivalent
2. Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience
3. Able to work independently with minimum supervision
4. Problem-solving attitude
