Responsibilities:
- Contribute to updates and revisions of the BEP as needed.
- Coordinate BIM/VDC/IDD matters with stakeholders and interfacing contracts.
- Regularly report BIM activity progress to the PBM.
- Collaborate with other PBCs within and across contracts.
- Manage and oversee BIM modellers in the delivery team.
- Identify and resolve discipline-specific BIM issues.
- Implement digital solutions and innovations in project delivery.
- Follow standard procedures and improve digital delivery processes.
- Apply best practices and mitigation plans for BIM/VDC/IDD adoption.
- Ensure compliance with information exchange requirements.
- Ensure discipline-specific compliance with PIR and LTAEIR.
- Manage modelling and information sharing protocols.
- Attend ICE Meetings and support their objectives.
- Check BIM deliverables to detect issues and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Fix geo-coordinate and orientation issues in PIM and AIM models.
- Resolve misalignment issues in federated PIM and AIM models.
- Maintain and update BIM templates and elements library.
- Implement cyber security measures for BIM data per LTA requirements.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Civil, Architectural, Mechanical, or Building Services Engineering.
- Specialist Diploma in Building Information Modelling (BIM).
- Minimum 4 years of experience in design engineering, construction engineering, or IDD project management.
- At least 3 years of BIM experience as a Project-level BIM Coordinator on large-scale or infrastructure projects.
- Experience in completing at least one full project cycle (design or construction phase) is an advantage.
- Proficient in coordination tools like Navisworks Manage, Autodesk Construction Cloud, or BIM360 (preferred).
