Job summary

SAA Architects Pte Ltd is seeking a BIM Coordinator to collaborate with project teams, develop and maintain BIM models, and provide technical support across office-wide projects. The role focuses on reflecting the Architect’s design intent, implementing latest updates, and ensuring compliance with Singapore submission standards.

The ideal candidate will have a BIM diploma, 3+ years in BIM coordination, and strong Revit/AutoCAD skills, plus experience with Enscape or V-Ray for visualization.

Qualifications

• An architectural or technical diploma, and/or advanced certifications or training in BIM.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in BIM coordination within an architectural practice.
• Strong knowledge of Autodesk Revit and other BIM-related software tools (AutoCAD).
• Knowledge of 3D visualization tools such as Enscape and V-Ray.
• Experience in managing or developing BIM libraries and standards.
• Familiarity with Singapore BIM standards and submission requirements; knowledge of local building codes.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the project team on BIM modelling development, ensuring the BIM model reflects the Architect’s design intent and updates.
• Update and maintain Architecture BIM models aligning with design changes.
• Provide BIM technical support across projects, including troubleshooting and documentation support.
• Ensure BIM documentation meets Singapore submission requirements.
• Coordinate with architects and consultants and track design issues in the BIM model.
