Job summary

CHINA HARBOUR (SINGAPORE) ENGINEERING COMPANY PTE. LTD. is seeking a BIM Coordinator to manage models, perform clash detection, and align deliverables with project standards.

The role involves updating construction drawings, coordinating with consultants and site teams, and ensuring compliance with Singapore BIM requirements. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of BIM coordination experience, proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, Solibri, and ACC/BIM 360, and strong communication and problem-solving

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in architecture or related engineering fields.
• Minimum 5 years BIM coordination experience in construction.
• Proficient in Revit, Navisworks Manage, and Solibri.
• Familiar with ACC/BIM 360, BIM standards, clash detection, and model coordination.
• Knowledge of Singapore BIM requirements and CORENET X submission is preferred.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Job description

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage BIM models, ensuring compliance with project requirements and BIM standards.

• Perform clash detection and coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and site teams to resolve conflicts.

• Review and update BIM models, construction drawings, and shop drawings.

• Manage BIM deliverables and model revisions using Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) and BIM 360.

• Ensure compliance with Singapore BIM requirements, including BCA, CORENET X, and IFC+SG, where applicable.

• Support construction coordination, as-built modelling, and final BIM handover.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Minimum 5 years of relevant BIM coordination experience in the construction industry.

• Proficient in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks Manage, and Solibri.

• Familiar with ACC/BIM 360, BIM standards, clash detection, and model coordination.

• Knowledge of Singapore BIM requirements and CORENET X submission processes is preferred.

• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

• Experience in managing subcontractors and offshore BIM teams is an advantage.
