Job description

Our client is seeking a BIM Coordinator to join their team!

What you'll be doing?

Technical Coordination: Collaborate with sub-contractors and consultants to resolve and coordinate technical issues, ensuring smooth project execution.

BIM Production: Create and maintain drawings from BIM (Revit) models, ensuring proper data transmission to all parties involved.

Schedule Management: Oversee detailed schedules of drawing production and site progress, keeping projects on track and meeting deadlines.

Quality Assurance: Implement quality recordings, analyze results, and formulate action plans for continuous improvement.

3D Modeling: Transform AutoCAD drawings into 3D drawings, enhancing project visualization and communication.

BIM Standards: Ensure adherence to BIM standards and Level of Development (LOD) requirements, maintaining consistency across projects.

Site Supervision: Oversee site works according to quality and EHS requirements, ensuring compliance and safety.

Inspections and Handovers: Handle inspections and handover processes, focusing on achieving customer satisfaction and high Conquas/QM scores.

Who are they looking for?

Educational Background: Degree in Architecture or equivalent, or a Specialist Diploma in Building Information Modelling.

BIM Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in BIM Drafting (Architectural or M&E), demonstrating proficiency in the field.

Technical Proficiency: Expertise in BIM software and related tools, with a focus on architectural or M&E applications.
