Job summary

A well-established ACMV MNC in Singapore is seeking an MEP Engineer to manage MEP drawings and collaborate on projects utilizing BIM technologies. The role involves preparing drawings, coordinating services, and ensuring compliance with project standards. Qualifications

• Must possess a Specialist Diploma in Building Information Modelling (BIM) from BCA Academy or an equivalent recognized institution.
• Experience with LTA Project required.
• Strong understanding of MEP systems (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection).

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review MEP drawings, develop 2D/3D models using AutoCAD, Navisworks, and Revit BIM.
• Coordinate MEP services, resolve technical issues with consultants and contractors.
• Produce high-quality shop and installation drawings based on BIM models.

Well Established ACMV MNC in Singapore

Salary : $4000 - $6500 (Depend on Experience) +Bonus

Mon - Fri , 8.30am to 5.30pm

Office Location : Commonwealth - 3min walking distance from MRT

Must possess a Specialist Diploma in Building Information Modelling (BIM) from BCA Academy or an equivalent recognized institution

Must experience with LTA Project

Your Role, Your Influence:

• Prepare and review MEP drawings (layouts, schematics, single-line) and develop 2D/3D models using AutoCAD, Navisworks, and Revit BIM

• Coordinate all MEP services and collaborate with consultants, contractors, and other trades to resolve technical and interface issues

• Produce and manage high-quality shop and installation drawings based on coordinated BIM models for site execution

• Participate in drawing coordination meetings and ensure all drawings meet design requirements and project standards

• Obtain client approvals for shop drawings and maintain control over drawing records and documentation

• Prepare as-built drawings and Operation & Maintenance manuals, ensuring they reflect site installations accurately

• Any ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirement:

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Architecture, or related field

• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, Navisworks Manage

• Strong understanding of MEP systems (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection)

• Experience in clash detection and BIM coordination
