Job summary

China Harbour (Singapore) Engineering Company Pte Ltd is seeking a skilled BIM Coordinator to lead model coordination, clash detection, and deliverable management for Singapore projects. You will ensure compliance with BIM standards and Singapore requirements while coordinating with consultants, subcontractors, and site teams.

The role requires 5+ years of BIM coordination experience and proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, Solibri, and ACC/BIM 360.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Architecture, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years BIM coordination experience.
• Proficient in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks Manage, and Solibri.

• Coordinate and manage BIM models, ensuring compliance with project requirements and BIM standards.
• Perform clash detection and coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and site teams to resolve conflicts.
• Review and update BIM models, construction drawings, and shop drawings.
• Manage BIM deliverables and model revisions using Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) and BIM 360.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore BIM requirements, including BCA, CORENET X, and IFC+SG, where applicable.
• Support construction coordination, as-built modelling, and final BIM handover.

• Familiar with ACC/BIM 360, BIM standards, clash detection, and model coordination.


• Knowledge of Singapore BIM requirements and CORENET X submission processes is preferred.


• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.


• Experience in managing subcontractors and offshore BIM teams is an advantage.
