BIM Co-ordinator (M&E)

Job Descriptions:

1. Prepare project models and construction documents using BIM software.
2. Establish project workflows throughout all project phases.
3. BIM project set-up and continued project administration.
4. Responsible for clash coordination & BIM coordination on the construction site.
5. Prepare and update Revit Model (Coordination drawings).
6. Prepare 2D and 3D shop drawings and as-built drawings.
7. Liaise with Project Document Controller for accurate data transfer.

Job Requirements:

1. Possess BIM certificate.
2. Minimum 2 years' working experience as a BIM Coordinator & 5 years' working experience as an Electrical Engineer.
3. Able to read and understand drawings.
4. Software knowledge required: Revit Certified specialist, Navisworks.
5. Excellent communication skills.
6. Experience in the adoption of BIM processes in large construction projects from tender to completion will be an advantage.
