Key Skills & Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Interior Designing from an accredited institution.
• 5+ years of experience in corporate interior fit-out designing & execution industry for large office projects.
• Proficiency in Civil AutoCAD and BOQ estimation.
• Meticulous with ability to understand interior details, finishes, and drawings.
• Knowledge of detailing & material specifications.
• Ability to prepare civil, electrical, & HVAC Bill of Quantities/estimation with relevant Item Rate Analysis.
• Knowledge of material specifications and tender document preparation skills.
• In-depth knowledge of material and specifications for Civil, MEP, HVAC works for large office projects.
• Ability to ascertain executed quantities on site and prepare Bills accordingly.
• Strong verbal and written (English) communication skills.

Job Role & Responsibilities

• Lead or be part of the project team in estimation and execution, coordinating with MEP and other consultants.
• Conduct site inspections and communicate regularly with clients, contractors, and management.
• Manage team and projects with strong leadership abilities.
• Analyze market rates, material availability, and logistics for materials.
• Negotiate fair market rates and manage vendor and contractor relationships.
• Possess strong knowledge of office interior design concepts, details, working concepts, HVAC, electrical, and BOQ estimation.
• Apply creativity and clarity in thought process, striving for innovation.
• Understand client budgets and project needs to propose cost-effective solutions.
• Collaborate effectively with all project stakeholders and mentor juniors and subordinates.
• Prioritize and set goals related to project work.
