Bill of Materials (BOM) Engineers

Responsibilities:

• Review RFQ and coordinate with Project Manager for site survey.

• Conduct site survey and interact with customer to review the Scope of Work.

• Ensure SOW clarity and completeness.

• Ensure material and labour execution compliance with customer safety & quality regulations.

• Prepare technical proposal including, but not limited to, the requirements such as: Activities/Labour/Material and Subcontractor.

• Prepare and communicate the Bill of Quantity to the Sales Team.

• Cooperate with customer for new material approval.

• Participate in team activities to qualify new Suppliers/Subcontractors.

• Communicate Project Data to PM upon receiving PO.

• Work closely with PM for job execution by recommending technical solutions.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical and minimum 3 years' experience in semiconductor facilities construction.

• Team worker, willing to learn, self-motivated, and proactive person.

• Strong understanding of engineering drawings P&ID, Isometric, and CAD.

• Good knowledge about materials specification.

• Proficient in Excel and Material Management Tools.

• Familiarity with ERP systems will be an advantage.
