GIM TAI CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. is seeking a site-based construction coordinator to support project documentation, scheduling, and liaison with main contractors and clients.

The role requires strong English and Mandarin communication and proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of experience in HDB projects and are willing to work on-site at construction locations. Competenze

• Must be able to communicate in English and Mandarin.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.
• Preferably 1–2 years of experience on HDB projects.

Mansioni

• Station at construction site.
• Prepare necessary documents for submission to Main Contractor and Client.
• Prepare weekly progress program and planning schedule.
• Communicate and liaise with main contractor and clients / RTO / RE.
