Job summary

MY STONE ARTISTRY PTE. LTD. is seeking a motivated sales representative to join our team in Singapore.

You will provide excellent customer service, actively seek new customers, and coordinate with internal teams to fulfill orders and schedule work arrangements. The role requires a minimum of 2 years of related experience, bilingual English and Mandarin, strong communication skills, and a proactive, team-oriented attitude with a positive mindset.

Qualifications

• Minimum O Level and above.
• Possess at least 2 years of related work experience.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin.
• Proactive with good communication and interpersonal skills with both customers and internal parties.
• Good team player and self-motivated individuals with a positive mindset.
• Well groomed, friendly and engaging personality.
• 5 days work week.

Responsibilities

• Provide good customer service and assistance to all new and/or existing clients.
• To actively scout/hunt for new customers and secure sales in order to meet the sales target.
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure the sales orders are fulfilled.
• To organize and schedule works arrangement with both customers and internal parties.
• To provide quotes and prepare quotations to customers.
• Attend to detail and problem-solving for issues arising with customers and/or internal parties.
