Learning Kidz Pte Ltd is seeking a dedicated Childcare Educator to join one of our four Tampines centres. You will deliver the bilingual, thematic curriculum and support children’s growth with engaging, play-based learning.

Salary ranges from SG$3,200 to SG$4,300 per month, with performance and retention bonuses, group medical and opportunities for career development as part of a friendly, collaborative team.

Qualifikationen

• ECDA-certified with EY2/L1/L2.
• Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education (Teaching) or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of teaching experience preferred.
• Strong communication and classroom management skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Aufgaben

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons that follow the centre’s curriculum framework.
• Observe and record children’s learning progress to support their individual development.
• Create hands-on, play-based activities that make learning enjoyable and relevant.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and positive environment where children feel secure and supported.
• Guide children gently in routines, social skills, and self-help habits.
• Set up displays and resources that encourage curiosity and pride in learning.
• Communicate regularly with parents to build trust and involve them in their child’s learning.
• Work closely with fellow educators to plan lessons, events, and school celebrations.
• Uphold the centre’s values of respect, care, and teamwork in all interactions.
