Qualifications

• Must ECDA L2 certified.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant ECE experience.

Responsibilities

• Help design and implement a developmentally appropriate curriculum.
• Adapt teaching methods and materials to suit children's needs.
• Work with small groups to teach specific skills.
• Create teaching aids and set up engaging learning corners.
• Maintain a safe, stimulating classroom.
• Regularly rotate toys, books, and display materials.
• Clean toys fortnightly and keep the classroom updated.
• Promote respectful behavior and maintain discipline.
• Interact with children in a positive manner.
• Encourage social and emotional development.
• Keep parents informed about child progress through meetings and portfolios.
• Arrange parent-teacher interactions as needed.
• Cooperate with colleagues and maintain respectful relationships.
