Our client in the TMT sector is looking for an experienced Big Data Pre-sales (Architect) to join their team.

Your new company
You will be working with a leading global provider of information and communications technology (ICT) infrastructure and smart devices.

Your new role
As Pre-sales (Big Data Architect), you will be responsible for:

• Designing and managing massive data infrastructures
• Defining technological architecture and data processing strategies to meet the analytical and business needs of the organisation
• Understanding client requirements, collecting data, delivering analysis and problem resolution
• Monitoring the external environment to gather intelligence on emerging technologies
• Creating reports and technology roadmaps and sharing knowledge and insights with others.

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/ Data Science and Analytics or equivalent
• Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or relevant studies
• Proven technical experience in IT with a focus on technical consulting and solution selling
• Good knowledge of at least one cloud vendor
• Hands-on experience in Big data architecture/ engineering
• Familiar with Hadoop, AMW EMR, RedShift, Google BigQuery, Cloudera, Snowflake, Nobase, Flink
