Our Marketing teams conceptualise and implement go-to-market activities to increase engagement and visibility. The Marketing Campaigns team is responsible for in-app campaign planning and promotional strategy to drive buyer conversion for the Singapore market.
Job Description:
- Take ownership of high-impact campaigns by leading the full strategy and execution of major sales events, including our Double Digit Sales such as 9.9 and 11.11
- Drive initiatives and key mechanics to help achieve topline targets. Engage in brainstorming innovative campaigns aimed at enhancing sales performance
- Collaborate and coordinate across internal stakeholders (and other marketing functions (e.g. Social Media, Partnerships) for campaign creation and execution
- Enhance user-facing features to create more interactive and engaging shopping experiences
- Use data to guide decision-making, continuously optimising campaign performance through new mechanics and engagement strategies
- Keep abreast of trends on other e-commerce platforms and broader industry developments through comprehensive competitor analysis
Requirements:
- Good command of English, communication and writing skills
- Excellent stakeholder and project management skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks, manage expectations, and coordinate with counterparts across internal stakeholders under tight timelines.
- Independent and self-motivated. Enjoys challenges and takes ownership of tasks. Flexible to take on new, unfamiliar, and difficult tasks or projects
- An analytical and structured thinker. Have a good affinity for critical thinking, hands-on execution and problem-solving
- Reliable and possess strong team spirit. Able to work collaboratively, is patient, and has good social skills
- Prior experience in e-commerce, Marketing (including agencies) or equivalent roles is preferred. Fresh graduates with no prior experience are welcomed
