Job summary

DONJON PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a capable professional to drive business development and tendering activities for ongoing and upcoming projects. You will prepare quotations, assist with tender submissions, and coordinate with operations for quantity take-offs and cost estimation.

The role involves preparing costings, reviewing contracts, and managing tender documents to ensure timely submission. Strong MS Office skills, attention to detail and good communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in construction, contract management, quantity surveying or engineering.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in M&E contract administration.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Meticulous, proactive with good time management.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Team player who can work independently.
• Organized and detail-oriented.
• Resourceful with strong negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Standard Quotation Forms for Cost Estimation in line with tender scope/summary.
• Assist to fill tender forms, contractor’s particulars, and technical data as per tender format/requirements.
• Prepare bid documents and necessary supporting documents for submission.
• Oversee quantity take-off and estimation of material required with operation team.
• Estimate and source material, equipment and labour costs for tender and project pricing.
• Ensure tender documents are complete and submitted in accordance with requirements.
• Request for quotation and liaise with subcontractors and suppliers for various trades.
• Review contracts for irregularities and ensure compliance with drawings.
• Prepare and analyze costings for tenders and contract documents including bills of quantities.
• Prepare costing and budget, pre and post-tender estimates.
• Attend site show rounds or tender briefings.
• Manage financial and contractual aspects from pre-tender to tender submission.
• Assist in sourcing and identifying business opportunities through various portals.
• Update Tender Master List and track tender/RFQ results and status.
