We are looking for a skilled and independent Bicycle Technician to join our team! This role is perfect for someone who is confident in working solo and has a strong foundation in bicycle mechanics.

What You’ll Do:

• Handle full technical servicing, repairs, and upgrades of bicycles (including folding, road, and mountain bikes).
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues with minimal supervision.
• Assemble new bicycles and perform pre-delivery inspections.
• Advise customers on technical matters and suggest appropriate solutions or upgrades.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace and tools.
• Support the team with occasional on-site events or customer demos.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in bicycle maintenance and repair.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong technical knowledge of gear systems, brake systems, and folding mechanisms.
• High attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
