Overview

The Bicycle Mechanic Supervisor will oversee a team of mechanics in the maintenance and repair of shared bicycles. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a commitment to ensuring that bicycles are safe and in good working order for use by the public.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of mechanics responsible for maintaining and repairing shared bicycles
• Ensure that bicycles are properly maintained and repaired promptly
• Monitor inventory levels of parts and supplies, and order as needed
• Train mechanics on proper maintenance and repair techniques
• Conduct regular quality control inspections to ensure that bicycles are safe and in good working order
• Prepare monthly repair reports for management evaluation
• Review workplace safety standards
• Assist in import and export coordination

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in bicycle maintenance and repair
• At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role
• Technical expertise in bicycle mechanics and repair techniques
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
