Job summary

Thunes Ltd is seeking a data-driven BI Analyst to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights that support better decision-making across the business. You will partner with data engineers and cross-functional teams to build production-ready dashboards and analytical assets using Tableau and SQL.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years of BI/analytics experience, strong Python and Tableau skills, and a proven ability to communicate insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field.
• 2–4 years of experience in data/BI/analytics roles.
• Production-level SQL experience.
• Python for analysis and data processing.
• Tableau dashboard development and administration expertise.
• Ability to turn complex data into actionable insights.
• Strong stakeholder communication and data storytelling skills.
• Attention to data quality and reliability.
• Clear communication with technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to translate reporting needs into analytical solutions.
• Understand business processes, product flows, and performance metrics.
• Design, develop, and maintain production dashboards and reports in Tableau.
• Write production SQL and Python for analytics, data transformation, and insights delivery.
• Collaborate with data engineers to ensure reliable data sources.
• Promote good reporting standards and data definitions across the team.
• Prioritize requests in line with team and company priorities.
