Job Overview

The BI Analyst Intern will support the data and business intelligence team in data extraction, analysis, visualization and report iteration. You will assist in translating business data into actionable insights, supporting daily business monitoring, operational analysis and decision‑making optimization. This role is ideal for students who want to build solid experience in data analysis, BI dashboard development and business‑driven data projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in daily data monitoring: regularly extract, clean and validate business data to ensure data accuracy, completeness and consistency.
• Support BI dashboard maintenance and iteration: update real‑time business dashboards, fix data anomalies, and optimize dashboard display logic based on business feedback.
• Conduct ad‑hoc data analysis: respond to data demands from business, operation and marketing teams, sort out data logic, complete indicator calculation and data verification, and deliver standardized data results.
• Assist in sorting out business indicator systems, standardize statistical calibers of core indicators, and accumulate data analysis specifications and experience.
• Cooperate with cross‑functional teams to understand business scenarios, track business project effects, and support data‑driven business optimization and strategy adjustment.

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Computer Science, Finance, Business Analytics or related majors.
• Proficient in SQL for data query and extraction;
• Familiar with mainstream BI tools (Tableau / Power BI) is a plus; basic Python data analysis capability (Pandas/Numpy) is a bonus.
• Have basic data sensitivity and logical thinking ability, able to quickly understand business logic and indicator statistical rules.
• Meticulous and responsible in data processing, able to withstand fast‑paced work and meet report deadlines.
• Good communication and cross‑team collaboration skills, clear expression of analysis ideas and data conclusions.
• Relevant data analysis, BI or business internship experience is preferred.
