Job summary

Pacific Refreshments Pte Ltd (Coca-Cola Singapore) is seeking a Production Technician to drive line performance in a Tuas facility. The role emphasizes maximizing output, maintaining quality, and following GMP and safety standards.

The position requires 1–2 years in food manufacturing and alternating shifts (730AM-4PM / 330PM-12MN). The successful candidate will contribute to continuous improvement projects, perform trials, collect data, and support handover during shift changes.

Qualifications

• Nitec / Diploma in Engineering or related technical field.
• Preferable 1–2 years experience in food manufacturing or similar.
• Willing and able to work weekly alternating shift hours (730AM-4PM / 330PM-12MN).

Responsibilities

• Operate and optimize production lines to maximize output and yield.
• Ensure product quality by managing CCPs and process controls.
• Perform cleaning, GMP compliance and changeovers per Quality System requirements.
• Contribute to improvement projects and data collection for root-cause analysis.
