Job description

Customer Service & Operations:

• Ensuring high standards of customer service and addressing client feedback.
• Managing appointment bookings and ensuring smooth client flow.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and well-stocked salon.
• Handling customer complaints and resolving issues effectively.
• Overseeing hygiene and safety standards.
• Monitoring and maintaining inventory of products and supplies.

Financial & Marketing:

• Managing salon finances, including budgeting and sales forecasting.
• Tracking sales, expenses, and other financial data.
• Developing and implementing marketing strategies to attract new clients.
• Promoting salon services and special offers through various channels.

Other Responsibilities:

• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Maintaining positive relationships with clients and vendors.
• Addressing any issues related to salon equipment and maintenance.
