Main Responsibilities
Responsible for the operations of the bell desk
Welcome and greet guest upon their arrival to the hotel
Guest luggage handling and delivering in accordance to procedures
Assist guest in their requests and enquiries
What we need from you
1-2 years' relevant experience in a hotel environment.
Helpful, outgoing, enjoy interacting with guest
A great team player
Has good communication skills, problem solving and organisation abilities.
