What we're looking for:

  • Experience: 2 years working in ABA Therapy or with children with Autism, Global Developmental Delay, or other special needs.
  • Qualifications: RBT, BCBA, or BCaBA credentials are a bonus. No credentials? No problem—we provide training.
  • Skills & Knowledge: Understanding of ABA principles, speech & language concepts, teaching occupational and academic skills, creativity in preparing engaging, personalized learning materials, proficiency in English, and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Personal Attributes: Patience, compassion, ability to connect with children with special needs, and creating a positive learning environment.

What you'll do:

  • Conduct engaging 1:1 home-based therapy sessions with children.
  • Perform behavior and initial assessments to tailor interventions.
  • Develop session goals and individualized education plans (IEPs).
  • Implement creative strategies to meet each child's needs.
  • Write session notes, progress reports, and updates.
  • Collaborate with parents and provide actionable strategies.
  • Maintain communication with supervisors to ensure quality care.
