Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and ensure the safety and well-being of primary school students.
• Assist students with homeworkand school assignments.
• Plan and lead engaging activities such as arts & crafts, games, and storytelling.
• Manage student behavior using positive discipline strategies.
• Communicate effectively with parents and collaborate with the team.
• Handle attendance and perform basic administrative tasks.

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE 'O' Level qualification, with strong proficiency in spoken and written English.
• WSQ Student Care Centre Basic Course Certificate is an advantage but not mandatory.
• At least 1 year of experience working with children (in student care, teaching, or related fields).
• Passion for working with children aged 7 to 12.
• Responsible, caring, energetic, and able to engage children effectively.
• Prior experience in student care or teaching is a strong advantage.
