Understand client beauty concerns, needs, lifestyle and budget.
Recommend facial, body, slimming, wellness and aesthetic treatments.
Explain treatment benefits, procedures, results, aftercare and pricing clearly.
Promote and sell treatment packages, memberships and retail products based on client needs.
Achieve individual and outlet sales targets.
Follow up with leads and existing clients via calls/messages.
Build client relationships to encourage repeat visits and referrals.
Manage appointments and coordinate with therapists and front-desk.
Maintain accurate client profiles, consultation notes and sales records.
