Job summary

A prominent beauty training center in Singapore is looking for a Beauty Trainer to lead comprehensive training programs covering the latest beauty techniques and product knowledge. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of relevant experience and familiarity with beauty devices like RF and IPL. Strong client education skills and a pleasant personality are essential for success in this role. The position requires commitment from Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm, with flexibility for traveling to different locations.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of relevant experience as a Beautician or Beauty Trainer.
• Familiar with beauty devices and equipment.
• Advantage if experienced in micropigmentation and eyebrow embroidery.

Training and Development

• Design and conduct comprehensive training programs covering the latest beauty techniques, industry best practices, and product knowledge.
• Customize sessions to cater to different skill levels and learning styles.

Hands‑On Demonstrations

Provide practical demonstrations of beauty treatments, ensuring all onboarding employees gain proficiency in both theoretical and practical aspects.

Product Knowledge

Stay updated with current beauty trends, products, and technologies. Educate clients and trainees on proper product usage and benefits.

Quality Assurance

• Ensure all training and beauty services adhere to health and safety regulations, maintaining high standards of hygiene and professionalism.
• Other ad‑hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• Diploma / Professional Certificate
• At least 5 year of relevant experience as a Beautician or Beauty Trainer
• Pleasant and outgoing personality
• Willing to travel to different locations for training purposes
• Familiar with Beauty devices / equipment such as RF, IPL and etc.
• Advantage if experienced in micropigmentation and eyebrow embroidery.

Working Hours

Monday‑Friday 9am-6pm (1 month need at least commit 15 days of work)
