Responsibilities

• Perform body and facial treatment services according to Treatment Standard Operating Procedures.
• Provide appropriate consultation and recommend correct treatments.
• Ensure total customer satisfaction during and after each treatment.
• Build and maintain a good rapport with customers.
• Obtain feedback from customers after each treatment service.
• Promote and recommend products to customers.
• Maintain cleanliness of clinic facilities and treatment rooms.
• Prepare treatment products and replenish stocks.
• Cover duties for colleagues during manpower shortages.
• Handle telephone inquiries in absence of Front-Desk Executive.
• Fix next appointment date and time for customers.
• Assist the Clinic Manager and Senior Therapist.
