Job summary

QCM in Singapore is seeking an experienced beauty professional to provide skincare services and beauty treatments to clients on a daily basis. You will conduct consultations, tailor treatment plans to client needs, and nurture long-term relationships to boost satisfaction and loyalty.

The role emphasizes delivering high-quality service standards, maintaining professionalism, and supporting the Store Manager with additional duties as required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in the beauty industry.
• Good knowledge of beauty treatments, skincare and service procedures.
• Strong communication skills with a customer-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional beauty treatments and skincare services to clients.
• Conduct beauty consultations and recommend suitable treatment plans.

• Ensure all treatments and procedures are delivered to a high standard.
