Job summary

Modern Beauty Salon (S) Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a results-driven Salon Manager to lead a team of beauticians and spa therapists. You will drive sales targets, provide professional consultations, and ensure a high standard of service to customers.

Ideal candidates have sales experience and 2+ years in beauty management; those with senior beautician roles aspiring to management are encouraged to apply. Working hours are 12pm–9pm weekdays and 10am–7pm weekends/PH.

Qualifications

• Sales experience is a must.
• Preferably with 2 years of proven relevant working experience in beauty industry (e.g., Beauty Manager, Shop Manager, Spa Manager).
• Experienced beauticians and consultants interested in management positions but without management experience are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Manage team of beauticians and spa therapists.
• Leading outlet to achieve sales target.
• Provide professional consultation and advice customers on suitable beauty products and treatments.
• Handling customer complaints, motivate staff morale, provide guidance to staff.
• Handle customer enquiries.
• Ensure good customer experience and service standard.
