Le candidat idéal aura un fort sens du service, d'excellentes compétences en communication, et au moins 3 ans d'expérience dans le secteur.

Job Descriptions
- Oversee the spa's daily operations; ensuring a smooth workflow.
- Allocate responsibilities among staff members for efficient operations.
- Motivate team to maintain service quality & sales objectives.
- Monitor client satisfaction and ensure quality service delivery.
- Handle any complaints or issues that arise, ensuring a resolution that satisfies the client and maintains the spa's reputation.
- Ensure adherence to hygiene, safety, and quality standards in beauty spa.
- Liaise with marketing team for the social media response.
- Prepare sales report and data analysis from sales transactions.
- Review inventory levels and make orders for consumables & products.
- Review daily sales, revenue, and expenses to ensure accuracy.
- Prepare end-of-day financial reports or documentation as required by management or finance.
- Develop plans for continuous improvement, suggesting changes or enhancements to services, marketing strategies, or operational procedures.
- Collaborate with the management team to set goals and strategies for the spa's growth and development.
- Create business strategies to attract new customers, expand store traffic, and enhance profitability.
- Develop and arrange promotional material and in-store displays.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of beauty & spa working experience as supervisor or senior role.
- Willing to work on retails hours & weekend.
- Good customer service, communication & interpersonal skills.
- CIDESCO, ITEC, CIBTAC or other beauty related qualifications
