Job summary

HOUSE OF 28 PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth in beauty and skincare by identifying opportunities, shaping brand strategies and strengthening partnerships. You will lead product positioning, pricing, and distribution initiatives to meet sales targets.

You will collaborate with suppliers, retailers, and internal teams to launch campaigns, analyze trends and optimize assortment. The role requires strategic vision and strong negotiation skills.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years in business development, brand or commercial roles in skincare/beauty.
Strong understanding of skincare brands, ingredients and trends.
Proven ability to identify opportunities and build partnerships.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategies to grow skincare portfolio.
Identify new opportunities, market trends, and channels.
Maintain relationships with brands, distributors and retailers.
Grow existing brands and onboard new skincare products.
Collaborate on pricing, distribution and promotions.
Create sales forecasts, plans and proposals for management.
Monitor performance and KPIs; adjust as needed.
Coordinate with Marketing and E‑Commerce for launches.
