The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer experiences across face, body, skin and slimming treatments, while leading a team of consultants and beauticians. Responsibilities include driving sales through professional skin analyses, product recommendations, and effective pitches to convert inquiries into loyal customers.

Qualifications

Experience in beauty services or related industry.
Willingness to learn and positive attitude.
Well-groomed, hygienic and presentable at all times.
Experience working in beauty outlets is a plus.

Responsibilities

Exposure to a diverse range of Treatments for Face, Body, Skin, Slimming, etc.
Manage the company customer service, consultants and beauticians; oversee day-to-day outlet sales and operational readiness.
Provide professional skin and body analysis and recommend suitable range of aesthetic treatments and products.
Conduct sales pitches to customers and convert them into long-term customers with exceptional service.
Aim to achieve and exceed sales targets and stay up-to-date with beauty trends and technology.
Motivate and develop a positive team environment and provide coaching and feedback as required.
Promote the company’s beauty services and products and manage after-sales inquiries and lead relationships.
